What Lies Beneath

This July 2020, a mysterious pollution spillage killed hundreds of fish and crayfish in the river Llynfi, a tributary of the River Wye. Lately, the arrival of new large scale chicken farms, combined with agricultural run-off, warmer weather and sewage leakage has caused eutrophication (an effect of algal bloom). Many people do not see what lies beneath the surface. Here, we see what lies beneath the water, where it appears pristine and beautiful above.
